THE HAMMER is a surveillance supercomputer. It was used to conduct illegal and unconstitutional government data harvesting and wiretapping. Along with its software application, SCORECARD, the CIA used it to alter election results without detection, according to CIA Whistleblower Dennis Montgomery (Montgomery). Military sources revealed exclusively to The American Report that THE HAMMER was a powerful foreign surveillance tool that helped keep America safe after 9/11.
Under the agency’s charter, the CIA is tasked with foreign intelligence collection and prohibited from domestic surveillance. Nevertheless, government agencies have become politicized and weaponized to enable outcomes that our foreign and domestic enemies desire. The outcomes now pursued are to compromise the security of our country and allow a paradigm shift away from our sovereignty. Those in power now see America as just a cog in a wheel. The big wheel is the New World Order.
Despite safeguards designed to prevent U.S. officials and government contractors from turning the herculean foreign surveillance system against the American people, these nefarious political operatives used THE HAMMER to spy on Americans and affect elections. Understand that the Americans spied upon were not suspected of any crime. They were simply the political opposition. That is precisely what happened under the Obama administration. The prominent operatives were John Brennan, James Clapper, and Barack Obama. Hammer and Scorecard had been turned inward.
According to Montgomery, Obama, Brennan, and Clapper were spying not only on Donald Trump but also on U.S. Supreme Court Justices, Article III judges, Senate computers, and other high-profile Americans, ignoring any requirements for search warrants — “blackmail and leverage.”
The opposition would not allow another 2016 election, where Hillary won the popular vote but fell short of electoral votes. What they did to President Trump more than confirmed his assessment of them.
The fifty-one intelligence officials, known to some as the fifty-one traitors, took it upon themselves to decide who should be president. They exposed themselves as they tried to affect the election by hiding Hunter’s laptop in collusion with the corrupt mass media.
According to Montgomery, who designed and built THE HAMMER, the Obama administration confiscated HAMMER and SCORECARD in February 2009. Brennan and Clapper moved THE HAMMER to Fort Washington, Maryland, and installed a VPN into the Obama White House to use HAMMER efficiently. Inevitably, Brennan, Clapper, and Obama turned HAMMER on the American people. Montgomery said they used SCORECARD to steal the 2020 election.
Confidential audio recordings released by U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom in November 2015 revealed that SCORECARD was deployed by the Obama team against Florida election computers to steal the 2012 presidential election on behalf of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, according to the Whistleblower Tapes.
On March 4, 2017, hours after President Trump, via Twitter, accused President Obama of wiretapping Donald Trump and Trump Tower, The American Report tweeted to President Trump that John Brennan and James Clapper wiretapped Trump a “zillion times,” according to Montgomery and the Whistleblower Tapes. They also wiretapped the FISA and Supreme Court and spied on millions of Americans’ bank accounts.
The American Report was the first news organization to connect President Trump’s tweet to whistleblower claims made by Montgomery. Retired flag officers expressed horror at what was happening. One of them was Admiral James A. ‘Ace’ Lyons (Ret), former U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet commander. During his last days on earth, he seemed less worried about dying than stopping the coup against President Trump. Admiral Lyons dedicated a lifetime to defending the United States and spent decades facing the Soviet Navy.
America was turning into a police state. Admiral Lyons knew that. He recognized that President Obama’s administration secretly used THE HAMMER to transform the United States into a Soviet-style totalitarian police state, the very communist system that Admiral Lyons had challenged while leading the world’s largest military command.
On March 7, 2017, just three days after President Trump and The American Report tweeted, WikiLeaks dumped CIA Vault 7, publicly confirming the existence of THE HAMMER (HAMR).
“Hammer stunned me.” Lt. General Thomas McInerney (Ret.), formerly the number three Air Force official at the Pentagon, said during a March 20, 2017, interview with Dr. Dave Janda after reading verbatim The American Report’s expose’ about THE HAMMER that Admiral Lyons had sent to General McInerney. “This is a severe thing. Everything about the Russians stealing the election is tactical deception.”
General McInerney’s radio Interviews about THE HAMMER attracted immediate attention from purported ‘lovers’ Peter Strzok and Lisa Page of the FBI. Strzok, as Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, likely oversaw the Trump-Russian collusion investigation. Of particular interest is that Comey's ‘friend,’ Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the man chosen to lead the Russian collusion investigation, was Director of the FBI when the FBI supplied the computers for THE HAMMER, according to Montgomery. According to Montgomery, Robert Mueller funded the expansion of THE HAMMER with $5 million.
General McInerney’s words were soon proven true. Clapper told CNN’s Anderson Cooper in July 2018, “If it weren't for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment (illegal spying) that we did that set off a whole sequence of events (Russia Collusion hoax), which are still unfolding today, notably, special counsel Mueller's investigation.”
Admiral Ace Lyons spoke with General McInerney about the coup against Trump and THE HAMMER just two days before he passed away in December 2018. Lyons reached over to his longtime trusted friend from his deathbed and said, “Tom, THE HAMMER is key to the coup.”
McInerney returned to the Operation Freedom radio show for a follow-up interview on THE HAMMER, which aired on July 7, 2019. He recounted the same information that Admiral Lyons had shared. “At the heart of this coup, he [Admiral Lyons] kept telling me, was this illegal surveillance program that was illegally getting information on individuals which could then be used to turn people on other people, particularly the President.”
Despite an ongoing smear campaign against President Trump that continues today, Special Counsel Robert Mueller conceded in his final report on March 24, 2019, that there was no Trump-Russian collusion. The Russian Collusion campaign was a smear against President Donald J. Trump and a coup d'état. They could not ‘allow’ President Trump to win re-election and expose THE HAMMER. It made Watergate look like Amateur Hour. The Russia Collusion narrative was a cover-up for THE HAMMER platform.
THE HAMMER was used to overthrow a duly elected U.S. President in a coup. THE HAMMER, Brennan, and Clapper had to be stopped. This powerful domestic spying apparatus was turning America into a police state. Military sources told The American Report that Brennan and Clapper stole the keys to the kingdom when they privatized THE HAMMER.
THE HAMMER VAULT
Since 2015, this is where the FBI and DOJ have Hidden Secret Evidence Proving Hunter and Joe Biden’s China Ties, Says a CIA Whistleblower. On October 25, 2020, The American Report revealed that Montgomery, in August 2015, had provided the FBI and the DOJ with evidence stored on forty-seven hard drives that implicated Robert Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, in illegal activities.
According to Montgomery, the six hundred million documents stored on those forty-seven hard drives of electronic data that Montgomery turned over to the FBI included 10,000 documents regarding Hunter Biden and Joe Biden, including videos and images. Going back to 2003, Montgomery maintains that the U.S. government continuously targeted Joe Biden and Hunter Biden with electronic surveillance via THE HAMMER.
After Brennan and Clapper moved THE HAMMER to Fort Washington, Maryland, on February 3, 2009, they began using the foreign surveillance system for domestic surveillance, targeting President Obama’s political enemies for “blackmail and leverage.” As a CIA contractor, Montgomery worked for John Brennan and James Clapper. Montgomery said he often sat right between Brennan and Clapper at Fort Washington.
Montgomery became a whistleblower upon seeing firsthand how the Obama administration had turned THE HAMMER against America. Montgomery received two limited immunity agreements from the DOJ and the FBI in exchange for evidence production and testimony. These agreements were struck under the one-time head of the FISA court, Judge Royce C. Lamberth, with FBI General Counsel James Baker and DOJ Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis. Montgomery originally designed and built THE HAMMER in 2003 as a foreign surveillance system to protect America after 9/11. After the immunity agreements, he filed whistleblower complaints with several officials; most (CIA, DIA, DOD, FBI, DHS) gave no response, but Attorney General Eric Holder denied them.
THE OBAMA WHITE HOUSE PROVIDED 1200 PRELOADED BLACKBERRY DEVICES TO TRUSTED INSIDERS
According to Montgomery, the Obama White House supplied 1200 preloaded BlackBerry devices to trusted Obama team insiders, including Hunter Biden. Those 1200 BlackBerry phones were preloaded with a unique digital ‘Rolodex.’ The 1200 BlackBerry devices were like the BlackBerry used by Hillary Clinton and President Obama. According to Montgomery, the Obama White House presented 2009 a list of individuals designated explicitly for exclusion from any surveillance by THE HAMMER. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were on that ‘exclusion’ list and were not supposed to be surveilled by THE HAMMER, says Montgomery.
According to Montgomery, Brennan and Clapper disregarded the ‘exclusion’ list order. They used THE HAMMER to spy on Hunter Biden and Joe Biden anyway. BlackBerry devices communicate over a closed, encrypted, secure network known as PIN-to-PIN messaging that does not traverse the Internet. The 1200 BlackBerry devices provided to Obama team insiders worked directly off THE HAMMER.
THE HAMMER VAULT’S SECRETS, THE BIDENS AND CHINA
According to Montgomery, each of those 1200 White House-provided BlackBerry devices was set up with the capability to access THE HAMMER VAULT and the secrets it held. THE HAMMER VAULT is a secret data center repository where valuable illegally collected surveillance data vacuumed up by THE HAMMER, including corporate and military intellectual property and U.S. defense secrets, were securely stored and made accessible only to Obama team insiders. Some of the sensitive information stored in THE HAMMER VAULT may have been later passed to U.S. adversaries, including Russia and China. The FBI and the DOJ receive that entire body of evidence.
According to Montgomery, this information about Hunter and Joe Biden was known at the highest levels of the Obama Administration’s FBI and DOJ, including FBI Director James Comey, FBI General Counsel James Baker, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis, and FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett.
An explosive website details THE HAMMER’s intellectual property surveillance targets. The website lists thousands of American businesses, individuals, and organizations from which THE HAMMER illegally harvested surveillance data. THE HAMMER targeted a jaw-dropping number of U.S. military and intelligence officials.“ The illegally harvested data was used for “blackmail and leverage,” according to Montgomery. The six hundred million illegally harvested documents stacked atop the other would be stranded thirty miles high.
“All Federal agencies were hacked, and information collected on the agency, including the White House and their employees,” the website states.
The FBI and DOJ knew what Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were doing, as leaked testimony before two congressional committees proved. FBI General Counsel James Baker testified about Dennis Montgomery and illegal surveillance. Baker testified under oath that he took possession of Dennis Montgomery’s evidence. Baker dispatched FBI Special Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett to the FBI Miami Field Office in August 2015 to pick up Montgomery’s computer hard drives.
Baker confirmed that Montgomery had provided his FBI agents with evidence that government officials, including other government officials, were conducting unlawful domestic surveillance of Americans. According to Montgomery, it is essential to recognize that Robert Mueller’s FBI supplied the computers for THE HAMMER. Hammer and Scorecard were about the steal of the 2020 election. This is the subject of a later chapter.
The American Report’s October 31, 2020, article presented exclusive reporting about THE HAMMER, SCORECARD, and CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery. It sounded the alert that the 2020 election would be stolen, as CIA Whistleblower Montgomery phoned in to reveal the existence of SCORECARD and the underway vote theft. (Remember, there was extensive early voting in 2020).
Montgomery reported SCORECARD was being activated to steal the vote on behalf of Joe Biden once again. Biden used THE HAMMER and SCORECARD while running for Vice President in 2012. Votes were again being stolen on Joe Biden’s behalf as he ran for President of the United States in 2020. According to Montgomery, on October 24, 2020, Joe Biden was exposed: “Scorecard is again being activated to steal the vote on behalf of Joe Biden. Votes are again being stolen on Biden’s behalf as he ran for President of the United States in 2020.”
According to Montgomery, SCORECARD, The American Report alerted, was stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona.Montgomery contacted officials in Florida to stem the tide of the vote theft underway there. The American Report brought the information about SCORECARD and the coming stolen election to LTG Thomas McInerney USAF (Ret.), who in turn got the information about SCORECARD and the coming stolen election to the airwaves on Steve Bannon’s War Room where Sidney Powell, who has spoken of HAMMER, was also a guest.
Bannon was flabbergasted. President Donald Trump was drawing crowds never seen before. Not only was every venue filled for Trump, but the wildly enthusiastic crowds that could not enter those venues were beyond massive. They cheered for Trump from outside the Trump campaign venues. Conversely, few attended Biden’s events. Biden’s support was embarrassingly paltry — even when Barack Obama joined him. Biden getting eighty-one million votes from his basement without campaigning is preposterous.
The 2020 election was stolen, just as Montgomery had forecasted. SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at state election computer systems' transfer points and outside third-party election data vaults as votes are transferred. It uses Montgomery's prismatic scoring algorithm to achieve the desired results by those controlling THE HAMMER and SCORECARD. Prismatic scoring makes it difficult, or impossible, to detect voter fraud. The changed votes did not stand out.
Please reread the above paragraph and ponder the implications. Even if you have a perfect paper voting system, with photo ID, poll watchers, and same-day voting, votes can still be tampered with (in both directions) when they are transferred by the states (as required) to third-party election data vaults.
If votes touch the Internet, they can be tampered with. Voting rolls can also be captured, making it easy to find and “influence” political opponents. Things like China’s “social scores” and conservative voters being targeted by the IRS by Lois Lerner come to mind.
"We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in American politics," Biden said in a video on October 24, 2020. It is chilling that Biden wants to add many more IRS agents. Worse, he wants to give them guns and allow gun raids on citizens.
TWITTER DROP 8: Baker Scandal Deepens: Government/HAMMER/SCORECARD Exposé Published by The American Report Was Censored Days Before 2020 Election Elon Musk, CEO of Twitter, revealed via journalist Matt Taibbi on December 24, 2022, that the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF) forwarded The American Report’s exposé on HAMMER and SCORECARD published three days before the 2020 U.S. election, to Twitter executives, to have the article censored, shadow banned, and suppressed from public view.
Following Taibbi’s exposure that the FBI and Twitter censored The American Report’s HAMMER and SCORECARD reporting, a conversation among Twitter influencers, including Kim Dotcom, ensued during a December 24, 2022, Twitter Spaces conversation. “If the U.S. government wants this removed, there’s probably some truth.
Why else would they want to censor something that looks conspiratorial? I’m going to read about THE HAMMER,” Kim Dotcom stated during the Twitter Spaces conversation. It is now clear that the Democrats employ spy computers to create a surveillance state. And while this massive internal spying, rigging of elections, and the dismantling of the Constitution are taking place, Joe Biden and the Democrat Party continue to scream out loud, saying that “Trump’s extreme MAGA Republicans are a clear and present danger to U.S. democracy.” This is a lie. Note to readers: Hammer and Scorecard is huge news and a link to proving the involvement of military enemies in election tampering. It was also likely used to steal the election in Brazil. China reportedly gets Hammer feeds of America’s election data from 2020 and perhaps before. Also, there is evidence of myriad other means of election fraud (organizational treason), from “Zucker boxes” and “2000 Mules” to missing trailers of bogus ballots crossing state lines and states with more votes than voters. The federal government has created a nationwide network to collect and change real-time voting data at polling places across the country from a central location. The private network tool is FIRSTNET, and like so many things that have proven detrimental to American liberty, it was sold to ensure public safety in the wake of 9/11.
The idea of a national cellular network dedicated to public safety was hatched after 9/11 when congested cell networks proved to be a bottleneck for first responders. In 2012, Congress created the First Responder Network Authority under the Department of Commerce to oversee the build-out of “FirstNet.” The original intent provided by its sponsors was that FirstNet would serve police, fire, and EMT services. However, the scope was soon expanded to include all “critical infrastructure,” which included water, energy, and transportation infrastructure.
Curiously, just days before Barack Obama left office, his administration’s Department of Homeland Security used the specter of “Russian interference” in the 2016 election as an excuse to declare election systems to be a part of that critical infrastructure. As a result, the stage was set to roll election systems into FIRSTNET.
A growing majority of Americans now know the 2020 election was fraudulent. Many analysts studying election integrity had concluded that there had to be a two-way connection between local election electronics (electronic poll pads, tabulators, election management systems, voter databases, vaults, etc.) and a centralized data collection system responsible for monitoring and manipulating the election. Systems like FIRSTNET can provide backdoors for HAMMER AND SCORECARD, even in the most hardened, secure facilities.
